About Päivi Salminen
I’ve been doing yoga since 1999: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Hot Yoga, Iyengar, Aerial Yoga, Yin. My other love is pole dance, and I’ve found that these two complement each other perfectly.
In my RYT200 I studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial and Yin Yoga. I continue my studies, especially in anatomy and Aerial Yoga. I also teach new Aerial Yoga teachers.
The newest addition to my yoga portfolio is the old tradition of face yoga and I have written a face yoga manual in Finnish.
